Trainer | Pam Williams

Very early in Pam’s nonprofit career, she was appointed to an Interim Co-Executive Director role in an organization facing a significant financial crisis. She reorganized the finance & accounting area to be leaner and more effective, worked with the board to re-establish credibility and helped board and staff make the difficult decisions required for the organization to survive.

Building on her business turnaround success, Pam joined forces with Marci Moore to and created Nonprofit Finance Pros (formerly Nonprofit Financial Management Solutions) to help other nonprofit organizations strengthen their financial capacity and successfully navigate financial transitions. By providing customized financial management consulting and CFO search & transition services over the past seventeen years, this team has built a reputation as collaborative partners with their nonprofit clients. Their long-term commitment to and passion for the nonprofit sector provides daily inspiration and guides each engagement.

Pam has provided career and executive coaching for associations including the American Society of Association Executives and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and facilitated training programs for organizations throughout the United States.

Pam combines her love of cycling and a cause she cares deeply about by regularly participating in fundraising rides for the American Diabetes Association.
